The Densu River – A view from Weija

Weija Dam
I so much wanted to take some nice shots of the Densu river (as I can see it) behind the Weija dam and the meandering stream of water that runs through the Weija/Oblogo town when the dam is periodically opened.

I think I achieved that purpose to an extent but learned 2 lessons in the process.

1. My Canon 6.0MP is not the best camera for that job and
2. The eyes are best for getting the view(picture) I so much wanted to capture.

I hope these pictures give you a glimpse of the view I enjoy daily.

Ps. The meandering water is a source of perennial headache for the inhabitants of (lower) Weija so this is not an attempt to enjoy their pain.

You are blessed to have such a lovely view..it’s beautiful. I guess I’ll have to get my eyes there to appreciate the full extent of it all 🙂
